When you become a member of our program, you are able to create links to our site; www.gphorizon.com onto your web site. You'll earn a commission every time a visitor clicks from your site to; www.gphorizon.com to buy one of our Formula 1 tour package. We cover all of the steps implicated in booking the tour package. We'll even keep you updated, on sales generated from your site by providing you with a sales report.

To be part of our affiliate program, you must own a web site and have the desire to sell the tours to racing car events that we promote. Once we are given your application, we will authenticate that your site does not hold any material that we judge as obscene, violent, racially objectionable, pornographic, unlawful, defamatory and harassing or that violates intellectual property rights. After the evaluation, we will notify your acceptance within a week.

No fees are involved. Joining our affiliate program is entirely free of charge.

After your application has been approved we will award you with a member affiliate ID. You may then start creating on your web site, one or more links to Grand Prix Horizon. Your member affiliate number must always be incorporated with your links in order to allow us to track and calculate your commission accurately. We would want to stress on the importance to always check to see if your links are accurate and included your ID. We offer two options; you can either include; text or place a graphic link on your site. Our Grand Prix Horizon logos, banners and buttons are available on our site, under "logos and graphics". The images may be used on your web site and linked to the desired pages.

Once a customer from your web site clicks on a Grand Prix Horizon link and begins to navigate on any of the pages of the Grand Prix Horizon F1 tour packages, your member affiliate ID will follow the person throughout their visit on the Grand Prix Horizon site. You member affiliate ID will then appear on any purchase made by this customer. With a cookie, it will allow you to follow for a period of up to 6 months, the origin link of the visitor when he buys a Grand Prix Horizon tour package.

For any recommendation that comes from your web site, we will give you a commission of 5% (five percent) on all tour packages sold on our web site. The commission is calculated on the number of participants, the extra nights and for the supplement of a single occupancy. Commission rates will not be granted for optional airline tickets, race tickets bought with or separately from the package booked, optional insurance and service and delivery fees.

It's our policy to pay commission fees on a 3 (three) month basis (quarterly) and only for the tours that were completed during a quarter. We will pay commission by check only, in U.S. or Canadian currency, up to 30 days after completion of a quarter.
