RESERVATION FORM
To reserve a tour package with Grand Prix Horizon Inc. (hereafter GPH), a reservation form must be completed and returned with a deposit. The person signing the form must be at least 18 years of age, and will be held responsible for the participants accompanying him/her. The reservation form must be sent by fax or by mail to GPH offices (see Contact Us). Please read the conditions listed below carefully. Your contract is based on the terms set forth herein and comes into force at the time of the reservation. The latter is confirmed once GPH has received the reservation form along with payment of the deposit.

PAYMENT POLICY
The deposit is payable at the same time the reservation form is submitted and is included in the total cost of the package. Payment of the balance amount must be settled at our offices 60 days prior to the date of departure. The total cost of the package must accompany the reservation form if the request is made less than 60 days prior to the date of departure. Accepted methods of payment include: cheques, bank drafts, credit transfers, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or cash. With regard to the purchase of airplane tickets, full payment is required once the reservation of the seat has been confirmed. Similarly, the purchase of a race ticket without a tour package requires immediate payment in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A notice of cancellation must be signed by the same person who signed the reservation form. The official cancellation date will correspond to the day of receipt of this notice at GPH offices. According to this date, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: amount of the deposit
- 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the tour
- Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total cost of the tour (no refund)
There is no refund on race tickets.

RESERVATION CHANGES
There will be a $30 fee applicable to changes made to existing reservations more than 30 days before the beginning of the tour. A $50 fee is applicable over and above the difference in cost for any change to reservations requested less than 30 days before the date of departure. No changes can be made to your package in the 7 days preceeding the start date of your tour.

PRICES
The price of packages listed in the GPH website, brochures and inserts are per person, based on double occupancy. Extra charges are applicable for single occupancies. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are quoted in three currencies: US dollars, Canadian dollars and Euros. Exchange rates can vary according to country of residency and date of transaction.

RESPONSIBILITY
Grand Prix Horizon shall not be held responsible for any type of claim, including damages to persons or property, loss of enjoyment, delays and illness as a result of:
a) Acts, errors or omissions, injury, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities that could be caused by the breakdown or defect of a land vehicle or airline carrier or any other company transporting passengers;
b) Negligence, fault or omission on the part of a tour service supplier or its personnel, including all persons over which GPH has no direct or immediate authority;
c) Theft, strike, illness, quarantine, mechanical failure, terrorist attack, war, government or police constraint, weather condition, or any other cause beyond our control, including any modification to the itinerary resulting from these events;
d) Bankruptcy or suspension of activities of a carrier;
e) Delay or postponement of an airline, land or maritime carrier;
f) Bodily injuries during a racecar driving lesson or session on a private track.
In the event a main race is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any other cause beyond GPH's control, we will attempt to make new hotel and travel arrangements, equivalent to those normally associated to the tour. The client shall assume all extra costs related to supplementary night accommodations or transportation.

TRAVELLING ABROAD
Proof of citizenship with a photo will be requested of Canadian citizens travelling to the US and returning to Canada. The same requirement will be made of US citizens travelling to Canada. Certain European and Asian countries require a passport valid for another 6 months and, occasionally, a visa. It is the responsibility of every tour participant to supply the necessary documents.

INSURANCE
GPH offers insurance packages for cancellation, interruption of trip, lost luggage as well as medical and hospitalization expenses. Premiums vary according to the cost of the tour.

PHOTOS
No photos used in GPH documents can be reproduced without the explicit consent of GPH.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS
All travel documents, exchange vouchers, as well as race or plane tickets will be forwarded to the client by private courier service, two to four weeks before the beginning of the tour.
