Every year, thousands of fans attend the only South American Formula One race of the year, in 2007 it will be the last one of the season. the track remains bumpy making it one of the toughest and physically demanding for the drivers.
Set in the suburbs of Sao Paulo, the Interlagos circuit is built in a hilly area and the combination of two straights and a section of slow, technical corners in the infield as well as steep gradients to the track, means that there has to be a compromise with car set-up and downforce, which can be further affected by the very changeable tropical weather conditions.
Interlagos is also one of two F1 circuits that runs in an anti-clockwise direction. You'll also have a great view of most of the track from almost any Grandstand.
